How to use the EEPROM adapter?

1. The EEPROM Adapter must works together with OBDSTAR X100 PRO, can not work alone.

2. Provide your OBDSTAR X100 pro key programmer SN(serial number) to obdii.net customer service. We will active the EEPROM Adapter authorization for you.

3. After open the authorization, browse to OBDSTAR official website http://www.obdstar.com/to register and update.

4. Then connect X100 pro key programmer with vehicle or power supply, then turn on the machine

5) Connect the EEPROM adapter or chip with the X-100 pro main unit. Follow the system operation and select EEPROM function

Very good for Asian and American cars is SKP-900. But I also use Tango. Tango is excellent, but can’t do cars remote locking for example and is all for off car programming (needing XPROG etc)

I use X100 pro OBDSTAR. I’m very happy with it. Not perfect but very good!

I have x-100 pro and it’s nowhere near as good as SKP900, also Tango in my opinion is much better for off car programming. SKP900 has very good OBD coverage especially American cars. Tango is superb for all difficult and on the bench. Moreover Tango is very good at EEPROM Applications.
